A tragic single-vehicle crash in Sydney’s northwest has claimed the life of a 30-year-old man. The accident occurred at approximately 6:05 am on Sunday, November 24, 2024, at Dalmar Place in Carlingford.
Emergency services, including officers from Ryde Police Area Command and NSW Ambulance paramedics, rushed to the scene following reports that a sedan had crashed into a pole.

Despite efforts by paramedics, the man could not be revived and was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have yet to formally identify the victim.
A crime scene has been established, and police have launched an investigation to determine the circumstances leading up to the crash. In the meantime, officers are urging anyone with information, CCTV, or dashcam footage related to the incident to come forward.
